The end of June marked the end of the annual Southern Building Show. As mentioned in a previous post, the show featured a home that was built by Carl Seville, who is one of the countryÃs foremost green builder advocates. As you will see in the pictures, the homeÃs Superior Walls foundations provided a great background to everyone that entered the home for a tour. Before the tour began, builders and prospective homeowners were brought down to the basement for a brief meeting. Though the meeting lasted only 5-10 minutes, those involved were surrounded by the Superior Walls brand and had the opportunity to get a closer look at our wall system.

In conjunction with the show, there was an unveiling of a Platinum LEED certified, Net-Zero Development. This project by Cadmus Construction is part of a larger development that is going to focus on green building.

Both the Earth Craft Home and the Home by Cadmus were very important to the Southern Building Show. This was a great opportunity for Superior Walls to be showcased with the Southern Building Show emphasis on green building. Both projects were green building initiatives used to help create a buzz for Superior Walls of Greater Atlanta and the Superior Walls system.
