Homeway Homes, a customer of Superior Walls by PCS in Illinois, has achieved a position in Builder Magazine’s Top 200 Homebuilder list.  They attribute their success to their high emphasis on customer service.   WGEM presented a news video about Homeway Homes, featuring a home which was set on a Superior Walls foundation.

Toolbase Services (www.toolbase.org), a service of the NAHB Research Center and part of the Partnership for Advancing Technology in Housing (PATH) program, has created a detailed, general overview of the precast foundation technology.  The panels used for the field test projects were provided by Weaver Precast of Ephrata Pa.  Click here for a direct link to this resource.

The Fauquier Times-Democrat Weekend newspaper has published an interesting article about a couple who, after extensive research into building a green, environmentally friendly, and energy efficient house, are building their new home using straw bales and a Superior Walls foundation.  Click here to read the entire article.

On August 21, 2008, Superior Walls of Upstate New York installed the foundation system for ABC’S “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” show in Geneva, New York.  This foundation is number thirteen for Superior Walls of America and the popular show.  This episode is scheduled to air on November 2, 2008, at 8pm.
