Homeway Homes, a customer of Superior Walls by PCS in Illinois, has achieved a position in Builder Magazine’s Top 200 Homebuilder list. They attribute their success to their high emphasis on customer service. WGEM presented a news video about Homeway Homes, featuring a home which was set on a Superior Walls foundation.
Toolbase Services (www.toolbase.org), a service of the NAHB Research Center and part of the Partnership for Advancing Technology in Housing (PATH) program, has created a detailed, general overview of the precast foundation technology. You may add a door to your Superior Walls foundation if you carefully follow the instructions listed below.
Holes may be drilled through the (top) Bond Beam for wiring and plumbing drops. See the following documents for information on proper hole placement and maximum allowable hole size.
