Adding a Door (Post-Production)
You may add a door to your Superior Walls foundation if you carefully follow the instructions listed below.

Electrical Wiring
Electrical wiring in a Superior Walls wall system can be simply accomplished by following the suggested methods shown in the document below.
Drilling a Hole through the Bond Beam
Holes may be drilled through the (top) Bond Beam for wiring and plumbing drops. See the following documents for information on proper hole placement and maximum allowable hole size.
Bolt-on Brick Ledge Support
A steel angle may be used to create a brick ledge on the face of a Superior Walls panel. This procedure may also be used to support the edge of a concrete slab (porch or patio application). See the following document for specific instructions and restrictions.
Cutting a Hole in a Superior Walls Panel
Holes may be cut through the shell, between the studs, of a Superior Walls panel for such applications as sanitary soil lines, electrical service entrance cables, and chimney flues. See the following document for a simple procedure and some cautions.
Attaching a Deck
A ledger board for a deck may be bolted to the outside of Superior Walls panels. See the following document for information on a suggested method.
